Chinese New Year

Our Little Crackers explored Chinese culture this week as we learnt about the New Year celebrations.
Not only did they build our own Great Wall of China, but after watching lion and dragon dances in celebration parades they danced, listened to music and painted their own dragons too. Do you like their fiery dragons? They made their own paintbrushes using pegs and ‘things’ to create the fantastic textures. 'Xīn nián Kuài lè!' 'Happy New Year!' everyone.
