The sessions for parents wishing to take up their funded entitlement only are:

Free entitlement afternoon 12.30pm - 3.30pm

Please note: We are currently not planning on offering the 15-hour free entitlement for 2-year-olds.  We have limited spaces for this age group (12 children at any one time in our Dormice room) and prefer to operate on a 1 – 4 staff to child ratio (the government has recently raised the ratio for this age group to 1 to 5). The funding provided by the government would not enable us to maintain the level of care we feel is important at this critical stage in a child’s development.  We do, however, offer 15 hours free entitlement for three and four-year olds when they progress to our Hedgehogs and Badgers room.

Payment of Fees

Fees are due on or before the first day of each month.

Parents are asked to choose to settle their account by direct debit or direct payment into our bank account. Please note that the Foundation is not able to accept cash for payment of fees.

We will send you the paperwork in advance.

Employer childcare vouchers

We accept a number of employer childcare vouchers for example Eden Red, Care 4, Computershare, Fair Care and Coventry CC.

Late payment of fees

Interest is charged for late settlement of fees at a rate of 4% per annum or part thereof. Letters relating to late payment of fees are charged at £10. Failure to pay fees will result in requesting the withdrawal of a child from Nursery.
