Little Crackers Nursery Welcomes New Nursery Manager

Little Crackers Nursery has welcomed a new Nursery Manager, Mrs Gemma Blumberger.
Mrs Blumberger is an experienced and knowledgeable Nursery Manager, with a passion for early years education. She has more than a decade of experience in the early years sector and is currently studying for a BA in Early Childhood at the University of Warwick. She has worked in a number of nursery settings, most recently as a manager of a nursery within a local primary school. At Little Crackers, she joins a team dedicated to providing outstanding quality childcare and education.
Mrs Blumberger brings with her an approach that centres around learning through play and exploration, along with a wealth of experience in supporting parents with young children. She will work in partnership with families, while leading and inspiring Little Crackers’ dedicated nursery staff team.

Gemma Blumberger said, “I am thrilled to be joining the Princethorpe Foundation to lead the excellent Little Crackers Nursery team. My heart has always been in early years education and building close partnerships with parents will be my top priority, alongside providing the highest quality educational provision and care. From our babies in Ladybirds to the pre-schoolers in Badgers, my focus will be on nurturing every child’s love of learning.”
Parents and children have extended a warm welcome to Mrs Blumberger, who hopes to build on the nursery’s existing success.
Little Crackers Nursery is located on the Coventry Road in Kenilworth and caters for children aged nine-months-old to pre-school, 51 weeks a year. Children are cared for in four groups; Ladybirds, Dormice, Hedgehogs and Badgers, with resources and experiences carefully chosen to support each stage of the children’s development.
Nursery children benefit from specialist facilities, including outdoor learning areas and a forest school, as well as specialist teachers delivering music, drama, PE, languages and forest school sessions.
