    The Princethorpe Foundation

    The Princethorpe Foundation is taking the next exciting step in our digital transformation journey, with the recruitment of a Digital Transformation Leader. The Digital Transformation Leader will play a key role in changing the way The Princethorpe Foundation operates, developing the use of leading-edge technologies across all areas of the Foundation to deliver transformative solutions that support the Foundation’s aims and strategy. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of  teaching and support functions across our three Foundation schools, implementing innovative solutions and developing and implementing IT systems, processes, and methodologies to create both time and cost efficiencies.

    It is envisaged that this Digital Transformation role will intially be part-time, at around 20 hours per week. However, for the right candidate there is the opportunity to also undertake an IT Engineer Role for an additional 20 hours per week, creating a 40 hour per week full-time role. There is also scope to increase the working hours of the Digital Transformation Leader over time.

Opportunities at Princethorpe College

From time to time we look to recruit additional teaching and support staff in the following areas:

  • Exam Invigilators – to assist in the smooth running of internal and public examinations
  • SEND support staff – for in-class, small group and one-to-one work with pupils
  • Cover Teaching Staff – being part of a team available for short-term and long-term supply work
  • Games Coaching – to assist with our wide-ranging sports programme
